Having come from a resort and hotel background we understand safety is a main concern.
We have had the unique opportunities to live and work at some of our contracts and have gotten to enjoy the amenities we run, this has given us an advantage of being able to see our results in real time, what works, what doesn’t.
Outside the lower mainland where we started; water quality testing is done by the Health Board regularly, in Kimberley B.C the water samples were submitted weekly, in Vernon monthly, this has given us a huge advantage in not only feedback as per our water quality but also forming an intimate relationship with the Health Authorities. We generally dont cringe when they show up, instead we treat the health authorities in a courteous manner understanding the importance of their role, this ultimately reflects on your buildings rating for inspection increments.
